8. Cancellation of active Listings

8.2 Cancellations can be made by the model itself through their account dashboard or by contacting us via E-Mail or phone.
8.3 However, we advise against contacting us via email for a cancellation, as they can take a little longer to reply to.
8.4 If a cancellation is made by RioLadies or a model, then a full refund of deposit can be requested. Please allow 5-7 working days for the payment to be returned in your original payment method.
8.5 If RioLadies initiates a cancellation due to illicit behaviour, harassment, fraudulent acts or any other reasonable grounds of security and safety measures by the model, a refund can be denied.
9. Complaints
9.1 We take any complaints seriously at RioLadies.
